La Pinseria - La vera Pinsa Romana

The dough was fluffy, a bit chewy and crispy in the edges. Super nice! Love it! Only one difficulty is during the ordering. I first screenshot some nice pizza photos from their Instagram, but the staff was not able to recognize it. If there is an English menu might be helpful. Overall, the staffs are all super nice and welcoming.

Pizza was amazing. They don't offer standard pizzas, the dough was nice and crispy and elliptical instead of round and soft that you can usually find in a Neapolitan pizza. Also toppings aren't what you usually find in a pizza place, they are new and thought out very well. We ate no2 rossa which was tomato sauce, mozarella, mozzarella buffalo, prosciutto crudo and caramelized onions (the combination of onions and prosciutto played very nicely with each other and the buffalo contrasted making the whole experience interesting - something rarely provoked by a pizza; also the tomato sauce was nice - there wasn't much of ot which made the dough crispy through the whole eating of the pizza, but it was tomatoy enough to feel it and not be overwhelmed by it) and the other pizza was seasonal menu with pulled pork, Parmesan foundi and potato chips (it was very intense, cheesy and flavorful, any enthusiast -or not- of pork would love it). The service was super cool and informative. We are amazed by how Italians are friendly and always smiling and it showed here also. Inside the local was designed with some thought to it and it didn't look stock standard, they also played nice music. If we are ever back there we will come again!
